OKAY for you, i think you should blend your eyeliner down to the inner part of your eye a little more.
AND you don’t need to wear it all the time, you look lovely without it.
IN FACT EVERYONE looks lovely/better without make up! So i think the best tip is to not over-do it.
But I have a few other tips, always moisturise/prime your face before putting anything on it because flaking foundation is noones friend.
ALWAYS blend, unless you want to look like your face is not connected to your neck.
And choose colours VERY carefully, just because it suits you under the shop lights does not mean that it will suit you when you step out of the store.
